Booking & Drawing Fee

A Booking & Drawing Fee is paid first to lock your date and start the artwork. It is a separate charge from the session price and is never applied toward it. All sales are final.

How payment works
  • The Booking & Drawing Fee is paid first, once the studio approves your request.
  • No artwork or design work begins until the Booking & Drawing Fee has been received.
  • The fee compensates the artist for consultation, scheduling, communication, planning, and creating your custom artwork.
  • The session price is a separate charge due at your appointment — the Booking & Drawing Fee is not applied toward the session price.
  • Prefer to prepay? Pay the session in full at booking and receive 15% off the session price.

No-Refund Policy

The Booking & Drawing Fee and any prepaid tattoo balance are non-refundable. If you prepay and choose not to come in, your payment is forfeited — you may still come receive the service you paid for, as long as you are respectful and reschedule reasonably.
