Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Welcome to Hollow Oak Tattoo Co. By booking an appointment, purchasing artwork or merchandise, joining Ink Club, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Notice
All Payments Are Non-Refundable
Hollow Oak Tattoo Co. has a strict no-refund policy. Booking & Drawing Fees, prepaid tattoo balances, gift cards, memberships, flash, merchandise, and digital products are all final sales. If you prepay for an appointment and do not come in, your payment is not refunded — you may still come receive the service you paid for, as long as you are respectful and reschedule reasonably.
01Appointment Policy
Appointments are reserved only after the required Booking & Drawing Fee has been paid.
This fee secures your appointment time and covers consultation, communication, scheduling, design preparation, and custom artwork.
Appointments are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully received.
02Booking & Drawing Fee
The Booking & Drawing Fee is:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable to another person
- Separate from the tattoo session price
- Required before any custom artwork begins
Because design work begins before your appointment, this fee compensates the artist for time spent planning and creating your tattoo.
03Tattoo Session Payment
The tattoo session itself is a separate payment due on the day of your appointment unless you choose to prepay through the website.
Clients who prepay in full through the website receive the advertised prepayment discount (currently 15% off the tattoo session price, when applicable).
Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout.
Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected.
04Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule with reasonable notice.
Repeated reschedules or last-minute cancellations may require a new Booking & Drawing Fee at the artist's discretion.
05Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time.
Late arrivals may reduce the available tattoo time or require the appointment to be rescheduled.
Appointments delayed beyond a reasonable amount of time may be treated as missed appointments.
06Missed Appointments
If you fail to appear for your appointment without notice, your Booking & Drawing Fee is forfeited.
A new Booking & Drawing Fee will be required before another appointment can be scheduled.
07Health & Safety
By booking an appointment, you confirm that all information provided on your consent form is accurate and complete.
You agree to disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions, or other circumstances that could affect the tattoo process or healing.
The artist reserves the right to refuse or postpone a tattoo if doing so is believed to be unsafe.
08Aftercare
Proper aftercare is the client's responsibility.
Written aftercare instructions will be provided.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect healing and may void complimentary touch-ups.
09Touch-Ups
Touch-ups are $60.
$60 touch-ups may be available within 6 months of the original appointment for tattoos that have healed normally and have been properly cared for. This covers the supplies used for the touch-up appointment.
Healing issues caused by improper aftercare, excessive sun exposure, injury, picking, or other client-related factors are not covered.
10Custom Artwork
All artwork created by Hollow Oak Tattoo Co. remains the intellectual property of the artist until the tattoo has been completed.
Custom artwork may not be copied, reproduced, sold, tattooed by another artist, or used commercially without written permission.
11Photography
The studio may photograph completed tattoos for portfolios, advertising, social media, or educational purposes.
Clients may request not to have their tattoos photographed or shared.
12Right to Refuse Service
Hollow Oak Tattoo Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:
- Intoxication or impairment
- Aggressive or abusive behavior
- Harassment
- Unsafe medical conditions
- Inappropriate requests
- Failure to follow studio policies
13Merchandise & Digital Products
Flash designs, artwork, memberships, gift cards, merchandise, and digital products may have separate policies listed at checkout.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are issued for any reason.
14No-Refund Policy
Hollow Oak Tattoo Co. does not issue refunds, in full or in part, for any payment made to the studio. This includes, without limitation:
- Booking & Drawing Fees
- Tattoo session payments, including any amount prepaid online or in-studio
- Gift cards and gift card balances
- Ink Club memberships and recurring subscription fees
- Flash designs, merchandise, and any digital products
If you prepay for an appointment and do not come in — whether due to cancellation, no-show, change of mind, or any other reason — the payment is forfeited and will not be refunded in cash, store credit, or any other form.
You may, however, come receive the service you have already paid for at a rescheduled appointment, provided you remain respectful, communicate in advance, and follow all studio policies. Rescheduling more than once, or any disrespectful conduct, may require a new Booking & Drawing Fee at the artist's discretion.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or attempts to reverse a transaction in violation of this policy may result in refusal of future service and recovery of related fees.
By paying any fee or making any purchase from Hollow Oak Tattoo Co., you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
15Ink Club Membership
Ink Club benefits, discounts, raffles, promotions, and member perks are subject to change at any time.
Membership fees are billed automatically until canceled.
Canceling a membership prevents future billing but does not refund previous payments.
16Limitation of Liability
Tattooing is a voluntary procedure that carries inherent risks, including discomfort, allergic reactions, infection, pigment changes, and variations in healing.
By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Hollow Oak Tattoo Co. is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions, undisclosed medical conditions, or circumstances outside the studio's control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
17Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
The most current version will always be available on this website.
Continued use of the website or booking services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
